Please join us to celebrate Adult Leadership Class 41 and Youth Leadership Class 26 Graduation! 

Since 1985, the Tempe Leadership Program, in partnership with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce Foundation, has brought like-minded individuals together in the community to engage and challenge one another, learn more about the ins and outs of Tempe and, most importantly, make a real difference in our community. Tempe Leadership alumni are well represented on local boards and commissions, routinely serve elected office, and volunteer time and energy to the community – together creating lasting legacies.

Tempe Leadership is dedicated to building a strong, connected, and inclusive community by developing and empowering both adult and youth leaders. Through education, mentorship, and civic engagement, the program encourages individuals to take on meaningful leadership roles, address real community challenges, and support volunteer and charitable efforts. Guided by values of integrity, innovation, and responsibility, Tempe Leadership strives to create a lasting positive impact for both current and future generations.
