About Relive Health Tempe Marketplace:

Relive Health is a wellness and medical aesthetics center focused on helping individuals look, feel, and perform at their best. We offer medically supervised weight loss, hormone optimization, IV therapy, peptide therapy, comprehensive blood work, and aesthetic services including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, and microneedling.
Relive Health Tempe is locally owned and operated by Jon and Bonnie Brovitz, experienced business owners with a long-standing presence in the health and wellness industry. Our approach is personalized and results-driven, with treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
