This series consists of four dynamic sessions, each led by a leader in their industry who will speak on topics that discuss leadership best practices, stories of how being unique can help your success, how to future-proof your career and much more. The speakers will address unique challenges and opportunities through storytelling while offering practical advice on how to apply what they have learned to your career path. 

Topic: THE ART OF THE CONNECTED CONVERSATION 

What does it mean to have a truly connected conversation? Ask any high achieving professional and among the top 3 skills that they will attribute to their success, emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people, is right there at the top. With Karen's guidance, participants will explore what it means to listen for ways to be of service, let go of your own needs, and truly tune in to others. Karen will give the audience practical takeaways they can put into practice immediately to start building stronger relationships through meaningful, connected communication including: 

● The most common mistake people make that create a disconnect with others 

● How to listen for the subtle ways people reveal their pain points and needs 

● Tuning into your own signs that you may be disengaged and losing focus
