Virtual Business taught by Janelle Elias, Vice President, Strategy, Advancement & National Division and Simon Ring, Director National Marketing with Rio Salado College. 

The Technology session is designed to increase the understanding of tactics to assist businesses with selecting and evaluating technology approaches intended to enhance their business. Virtual Business models will be explored enrich traditional workplace practices. Customer Relationship Management systems will be discussed as a method to manage customer communication and its impact on operations.
