Amy Ross

Amy Ross is the Arizona franchise owner for the premium blowout salon, Drybar. With a deep-rooted passion for the beauty industry, Amy has successfully grown Arizona's Drybar presence to seven locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2011.

As a beauty industry veteran of over 20 years, Amy started her career working behind the counter at Clinique Cosmetics before working her way up to an executive position for The Estée Lauder Companies and ultimately transitioning into entrepreneurship. Recognizing Arizona as the perfect market for Drybar's services, she collaborated with the company's founders at its inception to bring the innovative blowout bar concept to the Phoenix area, rapidly expanding the brand across the Valley.

Beyond her impact on the local beauty scene, Amy is an avid philanthropist who is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She regularly dedicates her time and leadership to charitable causes, including the American Heart Association's Phoenix Heart Ball and Dancing with the Stars Arizona, among several others.

WIB is dedicated to fostering the growth and success of women in business through ongoing personal and professional development. WIB hosts a speaker each month to share insights into leadership, career growth, and community involvement and also offers a mentorship program. The goal is to provide a platform for building networks, connecting with peers, and learning from inspiring businesswomen.WIB is a program exclusively tailored for the businesswomen within our Chamber membership (men are also welcome).
