HR professional Shirin Zimmerman will share resources and best practices to help small business owners navigate their HR journey. Small businesses will learn about the essential elements needed to create their unique roadmap and navigate the talent lifecycle, from the initial offer letter to developing & retaining great talent.

Shirin Zimmerman, MBA

Shirin is an accomplished HR Professional with a passion to lead, inspire and develop others and with 15 years of HR related experience she has had many opportunities across the valley to support organizations like The Home Depot, Nextiva, Synchronoss Technologies and Early Warning - Operator of Zelle, where she leveraged her love of Human Resources and a collaborative approach to problem solving to enrich business performance and corporate culture.

Shirin and her husband, Michael, have two beautiful kids and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, where they love to get out and explore the many national parks and outdoor adventures that Arizona has to offer. In addition, when she’s not out enjoying the beautiful weather with her family, you can find her at a local sports event (baseball) or catching up with close friends at brunch.


COVID-19 Policy 

As of today, wearing a mask/face-covering will be optional for this event. Masks will be available at the registration table for those who would like to have one. We will communicate any changes to requirements by our venue related to masks/face coverings and ask our attendees to comply.

Social distancing will be encouraged, but not enforced.

Hand sanitizer will be available at the registration table and throughout the venue.
