Michelle Lindsay Bio

Michelle Lindsay is the owner of House of Colour SW Chandler and an expert image consultant helping professionals elevate their personal brand and reduce wardrobe decision fatigue.

Before becoming a House of Colour franchisee, Michelle spent 15 years leading change management and large-scale transformations for major tech, finance, and health brands, most recently serving as a Vice President at Wells Fargo managing internal communications for regulatory HR programs. As a certified Change Manager and Growth Coach, she now applies those same strategic principles to help clients communicate with confidence and ease through color and style.

Serving over 600 clients with more than 100 Google reviews, Michelle is passionate about equipping professionals to increase their workplace credibility and influence through intentional personal branding.

WIB is dedicated to fostering the growth and success of women in business through ongoing personal and professional development. WIB hosts a speaker each month to share insights into leadership, career growth, and community involvement and also offers a mentorship program. The goal is to provide a platform for building networks, connecting with peers, and learning from inspiring businesswomen.
